A golf cart tour is a guided excursion where participants explore scenic locations, landmarks, or attractions using comfortable and eco-friendly golf carts. It offers a unique and leisurely way to discover the area's beauty and history.

The duration of a golf cart tour may vary depending on the specific tour package. Typically, tours range from 1 to 3 hours, allowing participants to experience the highlights of the area without feeling rushed.

The maximum group size is 5 people as the golf cart is a 6 passenger and all passengers must be in their own seat with a seat belt.

Gratuities are not included in the tour price but are greatly appreciated by our guides. The amount of the tip is at your discretion.

There are no age requirements and no need for a driver's license for participants to enjoy a guided golf cart tour. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Every child must be in their own seat. Any child that can not stay in a seat belt on their own must be in a car seat. Car seats and boosters are available upon request. Please specify this upon booking with us.

We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed on our tours except for service animals.

Safety is our top priority. Our licensed and insured tour guides are experienced and well-trained to ensure a safe and enjoyable tour. Participants will receive a safety briefing before the tour, and the golf carts are regularly inspected and maintained to meet safety standards. Each of our golf carts is equipped with seat belts for each passenger. Passengers must remain seated in a seat belt and hands and feet must stay inside the golf cart at all times while the cart is in motion.

Yes, our tours are booked in advance please call or email us to secure your spot.  

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended for the tour.  Depending on the weather, bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle is a good idea. Don't forget your camera to capture the stunning sights! Each of our carts has a rain cover to keep you from getting wet in an unexpected shower. Our tours are rain or shine and we only cancel or reschedule due to thunderstorms or other severe weather conditions.

Unfortunately, golf carts are not ADA-compliant but all are welcome. Our guides can not assist anyone on or off the cart.

Some tours have predetermined routes to cover the most popular attractions, while others offer flexibility for customization. If you have specific places you'd like to visit, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your preferences.

We allow you to reschedule your tour online or you may cancel up to 24 hrs before your tour. Cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before 24 hours of your tour, please email us at info@ptccarttours.com
